WithinBench / Workshop notes
Terms of Service
WithinBench is free to use. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Use of the service
WithinBench provides free, browser-based tools (our benches) and document makers. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. The documents you create are yours.
Acceptable use
- Do not use WithinBench for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service in ways that harm others.
- We may automatically rate-limit or temporarily reject excessive or abusive requests to keep the service available and protect it from misuse.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you put into any document you create (for example, invoice details or certificate claims).
Voluntary support and public notes
Binance Pay support is voluntary and does not purchase an account, subscription, product or guaranteed feature. Unless expressly stated, support is not a charitable contribution and no tax-deductible receipt is provided. Review the payment details carefully before confirming a crypto payment.
Digital-asset payments are normally final once confirmed by the payment provider or network. WithinBench cannot reverse a transfer, recover funds sent to the wrong recipient or guarantee a refund. You are responsible for confirming the recipient, currency, quantity, fees and Note to Payee before sending. Currency values can change between payment and review.
If you generate a public payment note, you give WithinBench permission to display the information you submitted after the payment is manually verified. You keep ownership of your message and grant us only the limited permission needed to display it on the supporter wall. We may reject, edit only for basic safety where necessary, or remove abusive, misleading or inappropriate entries. If you provide the optional private email, you also permit us to use its protected identifier to count repeat support and display that count without displaying the email itself. You may request removal through the contact page.
If an amount is approved for public display, the wall may show both the original quantity and currency and an estimated USD value entered during manual verification. That USD figure is a historical administrative estimate for display and sorting, not a live conversion rate or financial representation. Support does not guarantee that a requested feature or bench will be built.
Intellectual property
WithinBench's software, interface, branding and original site content remain the property of the maker or their respective licensors. You may use the results and documents you create, but these terms do not transfer ownership of the application or permit you to reproduce the service, branding or source as a competing product unless a separate licence says so.
No warranty
WithinBench is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep the tools accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that results (such as calculations, conversions or generated documents) are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always review important documents before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WithinBench and its maker are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because your data is stored only in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important work.
Changes
We may update these terms or the available benches at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Enforcement and severability
Access may be limited or blocked when necessary to protect the service, its visitors or applicable law. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions about the governing law or operator details for a specific legal purpose should be sent to the contact address below before relying on the service.
